Democrats Lead Generic House Ballot in PA

Share With Friends

I haven’t seen much discussion of this finding in the latest PPP poll:

Democrats lost a lot of House seats in Pennsylvania last year but they’re doing well on the generic House ballot there now, leading 47-42. Democrats have led most of our national House ballot polling this year, and they led in Ohio and Florida the last time we asked this question as well.

This is basically unchanged from July, but the stability is surprising given the President’s bad numbers.

In 2010, the generic ballot favored the Republicans, so the message is clear: voters regret electing the tea party Jacobins and want the grown-ups back in charge.
