The PA House Democratic Campaign Committee is dealing a $100K hit-piece in Luzernce County targeting GOP State Representative Tarah Toohil, according to a report by PoliticsPA.

The ad, below, stems from a video of Toohil engaging in what appears to be the consumption of recreational marijuana.

With seedy images in the background, the HDCC bluntly asserts that Rep. Toohil, after doing drugs and slashing millions of dollars from Luzerne County schools, is “too embarrassing, too hypocritical, and too devastating to schools.”

Toohil is being challenged by Democrat Ransom Young.
