Judge Simpson decides to let ACORN and the New Black Panthers steal one more election. Also will let Obama volunteers carve B’s into conservative voters’ faces forever:
Pennsylvania voters who lack photo identification required under the state’s new voter ID law can still vote in November, casting provisional ballots at their polling places instead, a judge ruled this morning.
Judge Robert Simpson of the Commonwealth Court wrote in an order released this morning that the injunction would have the effect of extending the transition period of the law — when voters were asked for identification but could vote without it — through the November election. His order allows election workers to ask voters next month to show identification.
Joking aside, everybody needs to hassle the slackers in their life to get an ID by next year, more County politicians need to do the #FitzID workaround, and state Democrats need to start trying to gut this thing if they win a majority in either house of the legislature this November. Voter ID is going to be way worse for Democratic candidates in a midterm or municipal election year.

LOL! Judge Simpson essentially agreed with his previous ruling. The plaintiffs need to appeal the ruling back to the state supreme court as this decision STILL disenfranchises voters. Judge Simpson can be the poster boy for why state jurists should be chosen via merit selection and not popular vote.
The fact that Progressive, anti-American organizations were permitted to circumvent the will of the majority of Americans who approve Voter ID is proof positive of the success of these radicals in the dumbing-down of a society. We truly have reached the point whereby the majority in our society no longer can discern between right and wrong or good and bad. The Progressives refer to these people as their useful idiots. I refer to them as Soros’ Sheep.
