Keith Rothfus would like voters to forget about the voucher care plan he’s promised to support – a plan which the Kaiser Foundation says would increase premiums for most seniors – so he’s been throwing out a lot of junk information about Medicare and the Affordable Care Act to try to muddy the issue.
