Charlie Gerow, a Republican consultant from Harrisburg and an avowed Corbett loyalist, said Kane is walking a “fine line” as she takes on high-profile issues.
“I do not think that the people of Pennsylvania will view kindly a move to make the Office of Attorney General a political office,” he said. “I think she’s risking the positive vision that people have of her. I would think she’d want to protect that vision.”
