Let’s just take a minute to recount all the ways Democrats have been getting their money’s worth from Kathleen Kane over the past month:
First she appointed a special prosecutor to dig into Tom Corbett’s mishandling of the Jerry Sandusky investigation.
Then she closed the Florida gun loophole, refusing to recognize about 4000 concealed carry permits from people who couldn’t get such permits in PA. Recall that Patrick Murphy, Kane’s primary opponent, wanted to nationalize the Florida loophole.
And now she is rejecting Corbett’s lottery privatization ripoff on Constitutional grounds.
I’m sure we will find something to disagree with her about at some point, but I think we can all agree the past month has been jam-packed full of awesome.

I wish I could high five that woman. She is amazing.
I got to meet her randomly. The day before election day I was eating breakfast with my parents in Bethlehem and she and Mayor John Callahan came into Billy’s Downtown Diner to shake hands with the diners. I told her I edit KP and she acted like she recognized it but I couldn’t tell if she was pretending.
