Maybe they should just start tearing down those DUMPY houses on some of the side streets and turn them into parking lots and also some of those empty lots back there are CESSPOOLS and should be cleaned up! THESE people can’t deal with a little urine or vomit here or there and may I remind you that it washes off with just a little water!
