Keystone Politics hates spammers as much as any other website. That’s why we’re sympathizing with Allyson Schwartz’s campaign, whose online events page has apparently been invaded by a home consulting group’s spam account.
Specifically, the “Rusty Solomon Mandrein Consulting Group” has inexplicably signed up to host a meet and greet event with Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz on her gubernatorial campaign’s website.
The event, which came to the attention of Keystone Politics via Google alerts, purports to take place in Beebe Plain, Vermont. The group will offer tips to sell your home, such as “[w]elcome your potential buyer with a smile and good humor of circumstance!”
On the plus side, nobody has signed up to attend yet.
Ugh. Crank up that spam filter, y’all.
