Again with the message:
“The thing I hear more than anything is we need to get our message out,” Wilson said. “The beauty of a campaign is you can tell a message – unencumbered of political spin – directly to the voters. And we think Tom Corbett has a great story to tell. He’s a person who made promises as a candidate, and kept them as a governor.”
Hasn’t the Republican message been out for quite some time now? Tom Corbett and the Republicans message their “accomplishments” all the time, in print and earned media. The message is everywhere. Their side of the story of the past 3 years is in every story about education, the budget, health care, natural gas, and all the other issues.
Voters know the agenda and they don’t like it. Turning up the volume isn’t going to move anybody if they don’t like the underlying policies.
