this proposal and others have actually been tied to the pay raise. Go back and check out some of the really conservative members like Rohrer and notice that they voted for the pay raise. They were promised floor time for their bill in exchange for their vote on the raise.

Granted, I think this bill is still dead the moment it hits the floor, but it’s interesting to see how it was worked into that event.

I love the way it’s referred to as “Gibby’s plan”. Gib had nothing to do with it other than joining in more than a year after it had been developed and taking credit. Hey where did this “unbiased” article mention that tuition will be taxed? Where did it mention that the real estate transfer tax is increasing by 1%? Where did it…oh never mind this is just lame and pathetic! This plan is absolute trash!!
