Does Hillary have a chance even if she wins by doubles tomorrow? Her campaign is a mess, she’s completely broke, and Obama seems to be breaking away in a variety of national polls. What do you all think?
A new poll out this morning gives Hillary Clinton a 52 percent to 42 percent lead over Barack Obama in Pennsylvania on the eve of Tuesday’s showdown primary. The Suffolk University telephone survey of likely Democratic voters found only 4 percent undecided and suggests that Clinton is within striking distance of the double-digit win she badly needs to build new momentum for her candidacy. Other recent polls have given Clinton a single-digit lead.
A new Quinnipiac University poll released today, for instance, gave Clinton a 51 percent to 44 percent edge, little changed from the 50-to-44 percent lead Clinton had in a similar poll a week earlier.

Here's the conundrum
Obama’s wins have come mostly in states where it’s unlikely a Dem will win in November. Clinton’s wins have come in big states where Dems are likely to win.
If Clinton wins Pennsylvania by a good margin coupled with her win in Ohio,
then I think the question will be whether Obama can carry these two critical states in November against McCain. I think that’s something the uncommitted and superdelegates are going have to consider very seriously.
pd
winning
Obama can win all states and I predict an upset on Tuesday. Putting those states as likely and unlikely is nonsense. I remember those so called blue states that went for the republican when Mondale ran and vice versa when Reagan ran. The people will vote the best person and the best person is Obama.
Maybe so...
Maybe so, but I don’t predict an upset. Hillary is going to carry PA tonight, though I don’t think it will do her much good. Obama has won the national contest, state by state. Good for him!
I am a Clinton supporter
I am a Clinton supporter and I voted a short time ago for Clinton, but Obama has a strong following and a strong message. This is good for the DEMs when it comes to McCain in the summer, although either DEM can hold their own against him. I voted for the one I prefer, but will not be disappointed with the outcome. I could not be more excited about the DEMs prospects in the Fall. Oh Glory 2008.
