A former Lower Macungie supervisor charged with stealing more than $2.5 million in township funds is too ill to stand trial and might only have 18 months to live, according to her attorney.Lehigh County Judge Kelly Banach agreed to postpone Margaret Szulborski’s trial, which was to begin Monday, and ordered a Nov. 19 status hearing on the 73-year-old grandmother’s condition.
Szulborski had surgery to remove part of a brain tumor last month, and her family informed defense attorney Philip Lauer of Easton that her life expectancy is ‘‘probably 18 months or so,’‘ Lauer told the judge Friday.
He said the ‘‘rather large tumor’‘ could only be partially removed and Szulborski is receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatment for the portion that remains. Lauer said she is in a skilled nursing facility and that family members say she is 50 percent lucid on good days and not mentally clear at all on bad days.Szulborski has said she plans to use the insanity, or mental infirmity, defense, and Luksa said he’s still waiting for certain medical records. She has claimed she has dissociative identity disorder, formerly known as multiple personality disorder.

Former Bethlehem City Councilman and County Controller Candidate Richard ‘Bucky’ Szulborski?
don't think they are related
I am not certain, but don’t know of any connection. Bucky has always been on the up and up as far as I know.
